college

I can not believe Anna moved into a college dorm today. It seems like just the other day she was 11 eating a jawbreaker the size of Texas and begging to be included in a game we were playing. It has been so much fun to watch her grow up! I know that God has amazing things planned for her college years. I must say I am a little jealous, I really miss those days sometimes. Congratulations, Anna! I know you will have the time of your life.

Well, it has been a while to say the least. Things have been pretty hectic around here over the past few months. Here are a few highlights...

I am now living in a house!

I now have plenty of yard to garden and have to admit I have become a little obsessed with it.

I am on a quest to make "yard of the month" in my neighborhood.

Almost all of my friends are preggers.

I finally took a whole week off of work and went to the beach.

We have kissed college life goodbye and actually bought new matching living room furniture.

I am ready to retire early.

And that pretty much does it folks. Now you are in the loop and I promise to try harder to post. A big shout out to my girl Lydia and all her efforts to get me blogging again.
