It makes me want to shout "hooray"
She always makes me smile
I wish the distance between us were less miles
She makes me laugh so hard I cry
She is funny even when she doesn't try
She is a great writer and is incredibly smart
I think she has a gold heart
She is such a great friend to me
How someone could be so wonderful is a mystery
I hope she has the best birthday ever
She may even find this little poem clever
